Suggest Diet Chart And Exercise Pattern To Be Followed For Gaining Weight For A Boy Of 19 Yrs

Hello doctor,
I an Charlotte, 19 yrs old. I an 92 pounds and my height is 5 ft 2.5 inches. I am a student. I want to gain weight and healthier but stay slim. So, how much should I eat and what should be my others activities besides eating. Please help me out gaining weight as soon as possible.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your idea and goal is good. There is no limit or excess for food,intake.The body will take only what what is necessary.
Take less calories, more fats and proteins, You eat how much ever you can take.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have a healthy body.
Strenuous exercises, and yoga are necessary, and do any work in front of you with out prejudice.
