Suggest Diet And Precaution To Reduce The SGPT And SGOT Levels
Hello doctor I am 27 years unmarried male. I have undergo renal transplant 14 months ago. 4 months before mu alkaline phosphatase increased to 738. now my SGOT SGPT has been increased to double than normal. Please suggest me suitable diet and precautions that would bring normal SGPT SGOT.
You need to have low fat content foods . avoid fried foods. Non veg also. Can take egg white but no yolk. Can include sprouts, channa murmura or sandwich without cheese butter and mayonnaise. Avoid cheese butter and mayonnaise on regular basis. Have lots of vegetables . take fruits in good amount . no juices. Avoid outside eating. Use boiled vegetables. Use skim milk than whole milk. Use curds and buttermilk of skim milk only. Can have soups. Take salads without dressing. Have small and frequent meals. Don't strain yourself too much. Can take black raisins. No groundnut and coconut at all. Can take lemon water. Use low fat paneer or tofu. Avoid khoa products. Consult dietician with your height weight age and diet routine. Write me on personal query
