Suggest Diet And Exercise To Lose Weight

age 40/hight 165cm/wt.135kg, waigt manage by diting and phy activities before this wt. waight is 165 but from last 7 year wt not reducesd what diet or other proc exept oprate pls sugest presently no health problem but i drink exess tea for eating less pls help with guidence

That is a lot of weight--not quite double the ideal weight. Should be using up over 2000 calories per day even without exercise at that weight. First do a calorie count of every mouthful of food to identify where the caloires are coming in from. If not eating over 1800 calories a day, something doesn't add up and evaluatyion by a physician is needed. Otherwise cut back on where they excess caloires are coming from and exercise of at least 20 min a day with some of the exercise being weight lifting.
