Suggest Diet And Exercise To Control Weight

Hi Doctor,
I have gained almost 15 kgs in last 20 months and need you help to control weight.
Age : 27 yrs
Name: Venkat Kapisetti
height : 5.8
Weight : 84 kgs
Exercise : usually walk atleast 3 kms a day.
food : Breakfast, Rice in both lunch & dinner with curry
Problem : Minor ext pile is seen 4 months back and after treatment am ok.
Need suggestion on quantity of food, type and type of exercise needed.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
