Suggest Diet After Recovering From Malaria And Liver Abcess

Hello doctor....I am 27 yrs old.... I am 5'7"...and my weight is 74kgs. I was diagnosed with malaria more than a month back. Along with the malaria there was some lesion in the liver, which my doctor said was a liver abscess. I was under medication, I had chloroqine for abt 4 weeks...and I recovered completely and in the review ultrasound, the lesion had disappeared. Can u pls suggest me if I should follow any diet and restrict any certain type of food?? Thnk u...

You need to restrict fat as their was liver abscess. Take more fibre which will help you with liver problem also and weight loss also. Take more fruits, channa murmura, sprouts which will give u low calorie more fibre and good nutrition. Avoid fried foods. Outside foods no groundnut and coconut. No junk. No khoa or very oily stuff's. Avoid khari, puffs.
