As per your complain it seems that you have severe Inflammation of the face along with allergic reaction leading to pimples and redness.. There is a possibility that the creams you are using Betnovate and Panderm are both Steroid based creams and they can even cause increasing problems on face and can increase Inflammation, redness, pimples, increased hair growth and also dilated veins under skin.. I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you a proper tapering method of stopping application of these creams. You can also be advised to apply creams containing Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin for reducing pimples.. Apply Adapelene gel at night.. You can also be advised to do cool compresses over the face.. Take anti-allergics like Zyrtec or Allegra or Benadryl.. Oral Retinoids like Isotretinoin can be advised.. Oral antibiotics like Minocycline can be advised.. Along with it drink plenty of water, take green leafy vegetables and avoid oily food.. You can also be advised treatment like Microdermabrasion, chemical peeling, Dermal rollers etc..
