I believe I have excess yeast in my digestive tract. I have extremely foul smelling flatulence that is often painful from all the bloating. Other yeast overgrowth symptoms such as eczema, itchy scalp, etc. I am regular as far as bowel movements, 3-4 per day, good solid consistency. I eat a clean, organic, vegan diet (for almost 3 years), but have had this issue most of my life, even when I had an omnivorous diet. Besides the discomfort, it s extremely embarrassing and is causing problems in my relationship... any suggestions on how to get rid of the yeast? I have tried diet alterations, alternative solutions (grapefruit seed extract, oil of oregano, apple cider vinegar), and have had some degree of help, but it is back with a vengeance now. Thank you.
