Hiya, i recently keep getting really sharp and sudden pains, usually in the back and side of my head and neck, but in my arms and fingers to now. the Pain in the backside of my neck makes me want to be sick , i just wondered what you might think it is ? Thanks.

Start hot water fomentation for your neck. Use a thin pillow or just roll a towel n place it under the neck curve while sleeping. Strengthen your neck and upper back.
