General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, what is your age?
You could be having an Inguinal hernia.
Please get yourself examined by a doctor or a Surgeon. He or she can tell you what it is. It is very difficult for me to say what it is without examining you. You also might require an Ultrasound of the Scrotum to get to the root of the problem. But, your Surgeon would be the best person to advice.
Do let me know your details like age and other illnesses or problems so I can advice you further. You can also leave a question in the Specialist query section of the website so I can answer it directly.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
