Suggest Cure For Lumps In My Scrotum Area

I have had a few lumps in my scrotum area, and they are not herpes bumps, or any other STD i can think of, i've seen pictures of people with STD's and they don't look like mine. They itch and bleed sometimes, the blood is just small drops i can see in my underware, i've had them for awhile and i never really paid too much attention to it, just thought it was some random bump from a bug bite or something. Can you help me please, i'm so scared to go to my family doctor and tell him. I have an appointment to go see him for a blood test in the next few weeks, so i will tough up and tell him about it. Can all STD's be found in a blood test, im sure if i were to get a blood test they could see some type of abnormality in my blood cells. Please get bqck to me soon, i need your encouragement.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history and symptoms suggest the possible cause could be superficial skin infection / inflammation, next possible cause will be hair follicle infection.
2.The other possible cause internal / testicular mass lesion.
3.The treatment in the case would be antibiotic course with local hygiene.
4.To confirm the diagnosis ultrasound scrotum will be investigation of choice.
5.No blood alone will notable to catch hold of all the STD's, some time swab from the discharge will be helpful.
6.The ultrasound will give the source and its nature if the lesion and extensions. Good luck.
