Suggest Cure For Loose Motion

My baby of 5 months is suffering from loose motions from yesterday.Pure white water discharge is coming continously . He has fallen very weak and is not recovering inspite medicines given to him for loose motions and antibiotics, Can u suggest the cure for him.
