Suggest Cure For Infection In The Scrotum

I have several small, whitish lumps on my scrotum that have seemed to increase in size over the past few weeks. A while ago, I had an itch and absentmindedly scratched at it. I touched one of the larger lumps, and it hurt bad enough to make me cringe... Is this some form of testicular cancer or something?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The superficial lumps on the scrotal sac are sebaceous collection due to the obstruction.
2.Secondly painful lumps with collection and pain on touch are - hair follicular infection.
3.The treatment of choice in this case is - a course of antibiotic with symptomatic therapy, if larger lumps not responding to treatment - needs small incision and drainage followed by antibiotics.
4.Sebaceus cysts needs gust followup. Remedies - do not scratch, squeeze, press the lumps as this will only complicate, do not disturb the lumps.
5.Maintain local hygiene clean area with antiseptic liquid, soft clothing.
6.There is nothing in your history suggest cancerous characters.
7.Sugget to get an appointment, examined and treated accordingly.

Good luck.
