Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello Nimmi,

I can understand your concern for the darkness around the mouth. In your kind of cases the most important factor is protection from external environment.

I suggest you to keep yourself away from direct sunlight and extreme of weather conditions. Use a good quality sunscreen daily to avoid sun damage.

I suggest my patients to use a cream containing kojic acid at night time. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist.

All the best.
