Suggest Cure For Back Pain & Numbness In The Thigh
I'm 15 and I dance. So, for a while now after sleeping I wake up to have these lower back pains. And then more recently, I 've been having tinglingness and numbness in my upper right thigh. Then one day at school these pains happened all of a sudden and they hurt when I was walking out of class. I really would like help in diagnosing the problem with my thigh. Can you help?

It could be strain on back due to twists and turns aroud spine.Do hot fomentation and take rest in bed for 3 days.Apply muscle relaxat gels after fomentation. It will be okay soon
