Suggest Cure For Arthritis

I m 54 yr old female with ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis,fibromyalgia, uveritis. I went in for send opinion to Cardiologist 2 weeks ago he took me off Norvasc 5mg. After reviewing evasive nonevasive tests results in which the last test performed 2012, indicates I do not have heart disease. He said if my pressure start acting up again he would ultrasound the kidneys and liver. I took my pressure several times this week latest was last night 159/95 pulse 88. I forget to mention to him my potassium was low and my Rheum informed me to start taking supplements in April. I never did or kept up with eating bananas or orange juice. Could the potassium be my problem? I inject methotrexate 8ml once week, leucovar 5 mg once week,vitamin d 5000unt once month and cyanocobal 1ml once month.

I have studied your case with diligence.

Yes there can be associated low potassium.
AS typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also. There is reduced chest function in this disease. Stiffness in spine is increased you have such stiffness in spine?

You may need proper exercises and lifestyle modifications.
In ankylosing spondylitis there is progressive stiffness so you need vigorous daily exercises and physiotherapy.
Epidural steroid injection may help if pain persists.
Tab indocap 25mg is good to relive stiffness and pain of ankylosing spondylitis.
That’s good that your other reports are with in normal limit.

Till time continue medication and physiotherapy.
