Suggest Cure For An Unusual Discharge From The Anus

I am a 26 year old male and while I was trying to pass gas, I heard a splat underneath and felt some wetness in my boxers. What came out was a clear gooey/jelly/snot like consistency pile of goop, with some spots of red that looked like blood, with no odor at all. This really freaked me out. Pls help me doctor, what was that? Never experienced such thing before???
