Suggest Cure For A Pigmentation Problem

Heloo doctor, 1 week back i had a burn on my nose from a hot spatula while cooking,which is around 1 cm in diameter.its all healed and pealed off by 5th day.i found the boundary and some area dark and rest of the areas lighter. I am scared if my skin will be normal colour again.and by when it will be completèly gone?

post burn pigmentation is bound to occur especially in sun exposed areas.Luckily yours is a very small area of concern.Usuall 3-6 months is the time specified for the pigmentation to stabilise depending upon th edept of the burns.Deep burn scars and remains light superfiical burn usually darkens and stays as a patch anyway best prevention is avoiding sunlight and using sunblocks with SPF 30.Around three months it is better to start Vit C creams and mild acids-Kojic acid creams at night.
