Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain on case if you have dark spots on face as a result of chicken pox then you can lighten them with some depigmentation creams like creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can also apply Azelaic acid preparation and apply Vitamin E containing creams..
You can exfoliate your skin twice a week..
You can limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
Treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling can help..

In case if you have deep Scars or pits then creams can not completely remove the scars.
You will have to go for treatments that will depend upon the type of Scars like Fractional CO2 lazer, Microdermabrasion, Dermal rollers, microneedling, punch excision with elevation etc..
You can as for now apply Silicone gel over the scars..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
