The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity. You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used for symptomatic relief. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
