Suggest Cream For Removing Pimple Marks

Hello Dr, my name is jazo, am facing the problem of pimples. I consulted a doctor ( dermatologist) he told me that u have oily skin so you must care while you taking the food. And he gave me a medicine( tablet and cream- ertycin 500 mg and nilac gel) , after using the medicine it goes slowly again it comes back. I dont know what i wanna to do? Sir please help me from this issus. What tablet i can take? what face wash i wanna to use? and the mark wil go permenantly or not? which cream can i use for pimples mark?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain eRTYCIN 500 mg contains Azithromycin 500 mg that is an antibiotic and Nilac gel contains Clindamycin as well as Nicotinamide..
In case if you have recurring episodes of acne then you can wash your face with Salicyic acid containing facewash..
Apply Nilac gel in combination with benzoyl peroxide gel..
You can apply Adapelene gel at night.
For scars you can apply Silicone gel..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
You can also take multivitamin supplements..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
