Suggest Correct Dosage Of Glynase Tablet For Diabetes

i AM DAIBETIC FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS TAKING GLYNASE MF 1 TAB MORNING AND 1 TAB EVENING AND I HAD CHECKED MY FASTING BS WHICH WAS 133 TO 165 AND PST LUNCH AROUND 175 OR SOME TIMES 260. IS IT OK TO CONTINUE WITH THE SAME DOSAGE OR CAN I INCREASE THE DOSAGE THANKS

You are taking proper dose of Glynase Mf and can increase it by half tablet
in the morning if you wish.I feel you need some better third drug rather than dose increase.
You are having high Fasting BS (normal upto 110) and high post Lunch
BS as well. You need to take HbA1c test to check your long term control
of Diabetes.
If HbA1c is on higher side, you may need to add some new drugs
like vildagliptin or pioglitazone to your present treatment of
Glynase Mf .
