Suggest Complications Of Stomach Tuberculosis

Hi,
I have been diagonozed with stomach Tuberculosis. I currently do not have any symptoms but an ultrasound revealed thickening of the intestine walls. I am a 31 year old female from India.
Is it a dangerous condition? what should my next course of action be?
