Suggest Cause &medications For Tingling Pain In Feet In Diabetic Patients

Hi I have diabetes and cant get sleeping at night with burning feet they tingle and goes up my legs I am on medication and the doctor has given me gabapentin but I still get nerve pain I take 1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon and 2 at bedtime but doesnt work can you help please

Hello,
Your symptoms suggest that you are having diabetic neuropathy and that's why your doctor is giving you GABAPANTINE which is a right drug.
Diabetic neuropathy is in fact a difficult problem to treat and can take considerable time to settle.
In addition make sure that your blood sugar level are meticulously controlled.
In addition take injectable VIT B12 for 7-8 injections and also take VIT D in proper amount.
Ask your doctor if DULOXETINE can be added to the present medications.
