Suggest Cause & Medications For Severe Headache

I am having pain that feels like someone is squeezing the inside of my head. It hits mainly in the back of my head and goes to the top. It is sudden, leaves in about 30 seconds and happens about once a day. I would like to know if this is or could be serious.

Hi dear.I have thoroughly read your query and deeply understand your concern.This can be due to tension/stiffness of neck muscle or osteoarthritis of the upper cervical spine/cervical disc disease.I were to examine & do a neck X-ray & plan further management.You may take Tab.Paracetamol 500mg only when the pain is intolerable.Hope this answers your query.
