General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,

I am sorry for the situation you are in. The pain on your left lower rib cage might be related to:
- bowel movements
- spleen
- stomach
- your genital organs (depending on your gender).

Therefore, before telling that it is your spleen, you should undergo a series of diagnostic tests and physical evaluation by your doctor:
- abdominal ultrasound
- complete blood profile
- urine analysis

Depending on the results, further evaluations could be prescribed together with proper treatment.

Meanwhile, I suggest to:
- avoid overload in physical activity
- avoid foods/drinks that would cause gas
- drink more water
- take probiotics

Hope it helped!
