Suggest Cause & Medication For Bowel Movements Blood Clots

I am experiencing frequent bowel movements that are bloody, bright red, and with clots. I have no abdominal pain or diarehea. Actually I have no other symtoms other than what I already mentioned above. No lower back pain, no pain when going to the bathroom, no nausia, no fever!!!! Started about 6 hours ago! Lost about 8 blood clots in that amount of time. Suggestions Please!!!!!
