Suggest Cause For Inflamed Bowel?

Hi for the last three days I have had what I call sore trapped wind in my bottom of left hand side. I have had it before like wind that is trapped but I have been going to the toilet fine although three days ago it was runny but I feel fine other than this pain that is when I move around not all the time and is sore if I push on the bowel area like it is sore there to push. Maybe inflamed bowel or something,

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the sore ness could be due to the infection of the descending colon, worms in the in the intestine, urinary tract infection, hernia, or a infected lymph gland.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
