Suggest Cause For Grey Stools

I Have been going to the bathroom all Morning, I'm 39 years old male.This afternoon I went again...but i got something totally different.My first three stools were normal colors brown...but my fourth turned Green and Grey in color...not diarrhea at all....what could this mean? No foul smell either.

Sometimes stool can turn random colors. If you notice the stool is persistently beige/grey or your eyes and skin becomes yellow this can be seen with gallstones or infection of the bile ducts. If you still have your gallbladder and this persists you may need ultrasound or imaging of gallbladder/bile ducts to make sure no stones.
