Suggest Cause For For Chest Pain With Dizziness & High Bp

I have been having chest pain for the past 6mths. But lately I get dizzy when I stand or move around and having differcult breathing I have high blood pressure and been taking my meds regularly what do u think could be going on?have plenty of test done nothing showed up.

The symptoms are attributable to numerous causes.. postural hypotension, valvular heart conditions and so on.. nothing can be suggested without investigations.. details of the tests done needs to be taken into account before concluding about further course of management. .
