Suggest Cause For Diarrhoea And Swelling In Pelvic Region

Hi. I Have the following symptoms and wondering what the possible causes could be: 1.Diarrhea for the last week 2. Slight swelling in the lower left pelvic area 3. Mild pain in the lower left pelvic area agravated when I cough and sometimes here a small gurgling sound from this area if the cough transfers too much pressure to this area. Your thoughts on possible causes and advice?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection in your GI tract giving this problem.
Go for stool test to know type of infection.
Ofloxacilin with tinidazole medicine course for 3-5 days will give complete relief.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Dicyclomine to get temporary relief from pain.
Take light diet.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
