Suggest Cause For Acid Feeling In Heart With Restlessness During Night?

I have been feeling so restless for some reason, some nights, i find it So hard to fall asleep, i'd twist and turn and change My sleep positions and it all ends up in insomnias always falling asleep even if i had complete rest.Vomit feeling at any time of the day,but not vomiting at all. Abdomen would be aching,and i feel like my heart or throat has like an "acid feeling".Is there something wrong w/ me?

I understand your concerns.
I have some suggestions for you:
1. Donot take heavy meals at bedtime.
2. Avoid day time naps.
3. Donot take tea, coffee at bed time.
4. Take tablet pantoptazole empty stomach for acid-reflux.
5. Take warm water bath before going to bed.
6. Donot listen too loud music at bedtime.
7. Avoid vigorous exercises in evening.
8. If need be, take tablet zolpidem for inducing sleep after consulting your doctor.
