Suggest Cause And Medications For Change In Bowel With Brown Vaginal Discharge

I have been experiencing changes in bowel habits for about 3 months, I am fatigue and I just discovered a light brown vaginal discharge. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 9 months ago and I take metformin and spironolactone. I just had a CBC done about 2 months ago and my primary care physician said I have iron deficiency anemia.

Hi,

I really appreciate your concern, bowel habit can be changed without any disease and it is nothing to worry. However you have not specify in what manner it is being changed, what the other medical and drug history you have stated here it is just nothing to do with change bowel habit unless it is clinically correlated with specific kind of changed. And it is not being explained here, fatigue could also be non specific if this long last and not improved then it must be due to some disease (Infection).

Brown vaginal discharge could dysfunctional bleeding due to hormone changes and age.
