Suggest Birth Control Pills For Me With Thyroid Conditions
I have a thyroid condition and take Thyronorm 50mcg regularly. My levels are in check. I want to start bith control pills and wanted to know if they will interfere with my thyroid levels. Also which pill should i take, I was suggested Tablet Yamini recently.

Oral contraceptives decrease thyroid hormone levels and you need to adjust the thyroxine dose.
You can also choose other contraceptive methods like barrier devices,CopperT placement(favourite) and temporary/permanent vasectomy or tubal ligation. Consult your physician.
