Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As you are not having any health issues you could start taking regular contraceptive pills ( combined hormone contraceptive pills). They should be taken one daily for 21 days & then stopped for withdrawal bleeding. They are not indicated in women who smoke or have high risk of heart disease. They are very effective in preventing unwanted pregnancy if you took them regularly. Hormonal patch or injections are also available for long term contraception ( upto 3 months or so)
You could also get a copper T or IUD placed in your uterus for long term contraception. An IUD (intra uterine device) is long term contraceptive method which can be used for years after placed for one time. It doesn't require regular intake of pills also, just get it placed & it provide contraception for years.

So, consult a gynaecologist, she would check & tell which contraception is better for you according to your wish & your health.

Hope this information helps
