Urinary tract infection during pregnancy has to be treated effectively and in time as it is known to cause many other complications; one of them being high blood pressure.
I would recommend you to go for precise antibiotics instead of random.
For this, please get your urine tested for culture and sensitivity. This test will identfy the causative organisms and also will reveal to which antibiotics they are sensitive. From those antibiotics, your obstetrician will choose the antibiotic(s) which is/are not harmful to the foetus.
You may have to undergo prolonged antibiotics course, may be even repeated courses.
Drink plenty of water to flush the kidneys and have plenty of urination.
