Suggest Best Medication For Enteric Fever
Hello. I am sorry I am an adult but need to know d best drug to take for what I suspect to be enteric fever.I have been running fever for 5days now, took parenteral antimalarial daily for 3daysand about completing oral ACTs but still have persisting frontal headache, malaise, lower abd pains , no dysuria. The only approach would be antibiotic coverage, and I would also recommend avoiding the use of pain management medication.
