Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Tarlov Cyst
Two days back after MRI i have been diaognised with a tarloves cyst measuring 8mm at S2 level right side. My age is 40, Female, height 148 cms weight 56 Kgs. Doctor said no need of opeation now. I would like to know wheather physiotherapy would help and what exercise are required. What diet to be taken and is there any treatment in ayurveda. kindly help.

Depending upon the tarlov cyst manifestation and symptoms treatment protocol will differ.
As your cyst is small. possibly it may increase in size.and you are asymptomatic as of now.
physiotherapy and exercise will not help in solving your cyst problem while no spine and associated problem exist.
Ayurvedic internal medication like vallathaki ghirtam will help in dissolving the cyst.
