Suggest An Appropriate Diet To Control Bilirubin And Triglycerides

Hello Doctor. I have got yellow skin last year. My tests were ok: not anemia, but i have my bilirrubin a little high. My doctor say it was maybe due to high beta carotene. But in my last exam I got high triglicerides, too. Can you please recommend me some food guidelines to follow in order to reduce my yellowish color and reduce my triglicerides and bilirrubin? I used to eat lot of candies and dessert, so now Im cutting them off. Plus I dont drink carrot juices, but I eat lots of greens. Maybe I should add more colors to plate (p.e. blue, purple, etc) Thanks in advance!
