Suggest An Alternative To Vertin 16 For Vertigo

Hi, My father-in-law was taking Vertin 16mg, which contains Betahistine, for vertigo, in India. Currently, he is out of India and Vertin is not available at his place. The pharmacist there suggested to take Stugeron 25mg, which contains Cinnarizine. Is there any harm in taking Stugeron instead of Vertin?
