Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have herniated disc and you were taking Gabapentin which caused symptoms so started taking Acetaminiphen. The drug is causing relief of pain but it is also causing abdominal pain. As disc pain is considered as severe pain alternative analgesic that can be used in such situation is Pregabalin. Pregabalin is similar to action and has better tolerance than Gabapentin.
Other drugs like Flupirtine can also be used. The drug don't cause increased risk of abdominal pain and have great analgesic effects in musculoskeletal pain.
If you want to go for more strong medicines then Morphine pumps or patches can be used. They are usually reserved for severe pain not responding to conventional treatment.
All these medicines are prescription medicines and consult your doctor before taking them.

Thanks, hope it helps.
