Your Cardiologist may adjust your heart medications to put least work load on weakened heart. Medications adjustment is the option.
Medical Cardioversion is the option, that is considered before going for electrical Cardioversion. Discuss with your Cardiologist about medical Cardioversion to regain the normal cardiac rhythm.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
