Hi
Welcome To Healthcaremagic.

I understood question.
This type of ointments(Trigentax) are strictly not indicated to touch any soft mucous membrane like eyelids, lips, oral cavity, etc. Though its happened with you, your treatment is proper.

If I would have come across to this type of any patient I would definately prescribe Levocetrizine 1 tablet daily at night(if no allergy).

So you can skip Loratidine & Benadryl and go through Levocetrizine and wait for 2-3 days.

I hope after this treatment you will get well sooner. please share your experience on healthcaremagic.

Take Care
Thank You
