Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Food, exercise and alternative treatment has not much role in overactive thyroid.

Drugs like propylthiouracil or methimazole can be useful. For that first you should go for T3, T4 and TSH level and then take treatment accordingly.

Also go for ultrasound thyroid once to rule out any mass lesion causing hyperthyroidism.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you very good health.
