Suggest Alternative To Alprax For Sleep Disorder
I am having sleep disorder, i get good sleep if intake alprax 0.25 .but i have been suggested it should not be taken more than 4 weeks other wise it may serve me, i dont have depression , i hvae sleep disorder. mr shivraj ...instead of alprax ...please take nitrazepam it is short acting and its effect stops in morning ...please observe sleep hygiene. as donot take heavy dinner ..avoid coffee or tra after 4 pm ..restrict fluid intake in evening..complete darkness in bedroom ..
