Hey, I have been smoking large quantities of marijuana for a good couple of years. I have stopped and want to know if the damage to my brain cells is ireprible? What can I do/eat to improve my grey matter. I'm 32 and a EMT and want to futher my studies. I know a bit late now hey

Marijuana contain tetrahydrocanabiol. That I spsycho active substance. If u have already quit to take marijuana thn dnt need to worry. Its not leads to any further damage. And exercise n proper diet can make u more healthy. Better to stay away from any addiction.
