Suggest A Treatment For Sleep Disorder

I have developed a habit of sleeping at 9am till late afternoon and I need to change it asap but getting up in the evening I don't get sleep in the night I want to change this n get to bed at 11pm as this taking toll on me I have tried many things including taking Ativan pills pls help

u have irregular phase insomnia
u have to change ur sleeping styl
start from 9 am u have to shift gradually 1 hour late every day
like day 1: 9 am
day 2: 10 am
day 3:11 am
like wise whithin 1 mnth u will reach gradully to 11 pm

this is only way to shift ur sleep cycle
ativan is useful but not like that i have mentioned
hope u will get
