Suggest A Remedy For The Side Effects Of Taking Marijuana

i have taken bhang(marijuana) thats too raw and in large amount during a festival time that was my first time before that i tried only once or twice bt with cigerette....after that i had a very fearful experience...at first i was
laughing and laughing....then suddenly all emotions started to repeat in a cycle...happiness,sadness,guiltyness,sometime felt like crying sometime felt like killing myself...and many more....and diz effects were repeating again and
again and was out of my control...even my body was automaticaly moving(hand legs)...i could not help myself...but after few hours i became alright....then i started my life as usual drinking beer(only) and cigerette...but i am not a chain smoker or a heavy drinker...after a month and half
i had a loose motion and tried various medication first from my friends then from a doctor...after that when i became alright i took fenny(a local made wine) and when i thought about what happened to me during the time of marijuana consumption it seems the same
feeling was repeating...i got frightened and felt something in my haeart...that day i could not sleep and from that day onwards it seems the cycle is still repeating...but the effect became lesser right now...but still do comes....first of all i thought its psychological and tried to avoid it bt the feeling comes back automatically...
i try to ignore it but comes automatically..and during that time i can feel the blood flow in my heart and in my brain...the brain becomes heavy and i feel uneasy...the heart becomes weak...i even feel somthing in my stomach(something like sqeezing or stretching)...is it psychological or is it because there is still some amount of marijuana which might be not digested fully..according to me my heart beat also changes...my mood changes i guess...
i thought it might be because i am thinking of it....but it automatically compells me to think....but now it got reduced...but still there..

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

I like to inform you that you developed cannabis induced mood disorder which need treatment at psychiatrist office. I understand that it is episodic but if not treated it may lead to permanent changes in your brain.

I also like to emphasise that there is need for complete abstinence from all kind of substances including tobacco, alcohol, cannabis and many more. If continued alike today there is least possibility of having nnormal mood and mental health.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
