General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection or dryness. Using anti fungal ointments like Miconazole will be helpful for this. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water for this. If there is no improvement then consult a dermatologist to rule out STDs like syphilis. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in analysing the condition.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
