Suggest A Remedy For Ringworm

I have a good amount of ringworm on the side of my face, I have been putting Lotrimin on it, taking showers daily, changing my pillow case every night, and not re-wearing any clothing, is there anything else I should be doing? Also is there a pill I can take that you do not need a prescription for? Thank you

hello. am prescribing you a course of antifungal medicines
cap itraconazole 100 mg twice daily
tab cetrizine 5 mg twice daily
sertaconazole Cream twice daily
please use the above medicines and then follow up after 15 days.
