Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

To diagnose diarrhoea, the consistency and character of stool is more important than the frequency.

If you have watery motions with some abdominal symptoms then you will require medical treatment apart from home remedies.

You may need some tests like routine blood count, electrolytes with clinical examination of abdomen or ultrasound of abdomen if symptoms does not subside within 2 to 3 days.

You should require short course antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) with antiemetic, antispasmodics and antiinflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.

There will be great need of fluid and electrolyte balance in body for which you can continue water intake with electrolytes.

consult some nearby local doctor or your GP who can prescribe you antibiotics.
